| PMS (power production management system) is the part of the "SG186" information project the State Grid Corporation works to promote. And PMS is a major engineering projects of Shandong Electric Power Group with which my internships contracted. As one of eight major business applications of "SG186" Information Engineering, according to State Grid Corporation unified plan of the production department, PMS system is based on the CIM model of International Electrotechnical Commission and the graphics technology of Jiang Chen, used to implement the standards issued by State Grid, reference to the country network operational framework, and achieves Unified Modeling of Power equipment and Power production management and network resources on the property, graphics, topology, integration of real-time information management.The Rational Unified Process is used as development tool and UML is used as description languages for analyzing and design in this paper. Based on discussing of the project background and the problem on designing of power production safety management system, the paper carries out the requirements analysis and system design of the relevant business in production management process. The system adopts the technology of the Application Framework and the full modeling, that after the comprehensive model analysis and modeling for the application system, the thesis obtains the model with further higher levels of abstraction and generalization. Based on the needs of users, the system form, designed to B/S and C/S architecture model of two functions on the use of a multi-level structure of software features. The system is used.NET development platform and C# language as the development tools, use XML configuration and Oracle database as the secondary. Moreover it establishes of a network object model-the device model-based on the IEC 61970 standard definition of the CIM (Common Information Model) on modeling, and adopts hierarchical view to manage with physical objects, and determine the amount required test data. In the part of System Implementation, this article also instructs the algorithm of topological analysis based on CIM model in detail.At present, Shandong Electric Power Group's electricity production management system has been promoted around the all of city in Shandong Province. Generally, according to the feedback of the cities, PMS is in good work, and, to a certain extent, achieves the power business's information technology and standardization, which brings a lot to facilitate the practical work. |
