The Research Of Distributed Routing Platform Based On Service-Oriented Architecture

With the rapid development of the Internet, the network carrying business has become increasingly, especially network streaming media software is popular day by day, such as broadband video network, P2P and so on, which results in the rapid growth of the network traffic and make the router to spend so much processing time and resources and require high level router processing capacity, exchange capacity, throughput rate and other properties. In the other hand, the new mode of network applications and protocols are emerging. How to deploy new feature on the routers and the smallest cost of the original system is the main issues to be resolves.In order to meet the performance need of the router, the current high-speed network routers use the distributed architecture which can solves the bottleneck on the single-node router. But the use of traditional components such as CORBA and COM technologies for distributed system development lacks the necessary flexibility, adaptability, and expansibility. SOA is a way to construct a distributed system which makes the business applications as services to other service components, to construct a flexible service-oriented architecture which enhances the reusability and easily share data between systems to minimize the coupling between systems.Therefore,this paper presents the idea and technology of SOA into the distributed router,which is effectively meet the needs of flexibility and expansibility. Based on the thorough study and research of the distributed routing architecture and service-oriented architecture technology, given the design of distributed routing platform, implement the key technologies in the service-oriented distributed routing platform which include routing service package, service releases, service discovery and the communications between services. Especially in-depth study the communication mechanism between services, the access control service and traffic statistics service, given the corresponding design models and test results. Research and testing show that JBL technology bases on JSR208 specification use the standardized the message routing, service engines and binding services which can solve the flexibility and expansibility of the distributed routing platform and explore a service-oriented distributed routing platform technology routes and methods.This paper made some availability attempts in service-oriented distributed routing platform, but the routing protocols service package and the integration of routing forwarding engines services in the architecture need further research.
