Meanwhile, the reform of school education management system is also constantly in-depth, Not only in teaching, but also in management, the integration must be contemporary. As the asset management department in the school, faced with increasing workload and complexity in procurement, distribution, maintenance of large sum of equipments, existing methods and work efficiency can not meet the new requirements. To improve the level of asset management, not only should new management concepts be introduced, but advanced technology development suitable for its own management systems must be innovated as well.With the existing information management systems, it is more convenient to ask the articles repairing by using the web the way than the relatively by telephone or manual exposure, which also reduces the workload of the administrator. For the special process of asset management departments in Independent Colleges, this paper studies feasibility and the positive significance of the operation of the asset repairing & managing system (ARMS) at the Academy. After a lengthy investigation in the asset management department to determine the features of system design and the actual process of successful run-in, it is likely to make the system entirely operated by information system instead of by manual borne, to generate the maximum benefit for the college.In the basis of establishing the feasibility, the system can shorten the development process and enhance versatility and availability, so that the staff can enjoy the convenience of the system brought about in the shortest time. Furthermore, the full study had performed on the system model, selection of development tools and so on. Eventually the B / S model was established, based on development and design using java language. Taking into account of such a management system, the traditional C / S development model is not realistic any longer. On the basis of the developing speed and users' experience, B / S model is more suitable for the needs of the College, based on using the campus card and the integration of a variety of platforms of information management, with the java-based language.Resting on java web technology, this article has studied the mainstream framework of java and the actual situation of our college. With an eye to the cost and ease of developer collaboration,we make use of struts2 technology to improve development speed of controller layer. As to hibernate management database, we reasonably conduct hierarchical sub- module design at the code level so as to lay an underlying basis for the future campus card access system or a unified authentication platform. The design of whole repairing process will start from ground up, work out relevant framework in line with needs from different departments and make amendment in accordance with the changing situation thus the flexibility of the system will be improved as much as possible .We also carefully carried out planning in terms of the database .For instance, we try to meet the needs of asset management sector which requires different repair calling styles targeting different assets. Since the parent type differs from sub-types in layers and relations, the systems particularly designed corresponding methods, namely, using java serialization and database storage combination to enable the system to undertake a variety of types of items repair tasks on the basis of ensuring the performance and the amount of code.On the subject of system procedure, we has designed in details the planning of role classification process and repairing management because the school authority attaches importance to the needs of the user's experience. Specifically, the client page was designed according to the guiding process, the repair process was broken down into small and detailed parts. What is more, on each page of the process, the amount of information is assigned as little as possible and the user can receive guides in various pages. Finally, based on DHTML, a large number of ajax asynchronous interactive functions have been developed, providing a better experience for users. |
