Unified Modeling Language UML is a powerful modeling language, which into the field of software engineering of new ideas, new methods and new technology. UML not only supports the object-oriented analysis and design, but also supports the whole process of software development that start from the needs analysis. UML is a universal modeling language, which is the independent of the process by itself. The users make UML for modeling, and the process can also use any suitable."Use case driven" (Use-Case Driven) software development methodology is a commonly used software development processes. It is one of the international popular software development process. All phases of software development activities are based on the core use cases.Use case driven uses object-oriented technology, starting from use cases. At first, the approach establishes a use case model. In the UML Use Case diagram used to represent, it is used for requiring analysis phase, and describing the function of the system which needs to be developed; Second, On the basic of description and analysis, we derives core of the system class, and used in the UML class diagram that; Again, further describing the system's static structure and dynamic behavior, we used to conduct drawings and interactive map to represent; Finally, we get the system's code structure and physical configuration, with the implementation diagram .The paper uses the object-oriented theory and unified modeling language UML, making use of the example actuation technology to study the method, the principle and the step of one kind of development application software. And I actually investigate in the data acquisition system in the mining right to obtain the very good application on the spot In the whole process of project, development-driven approach is based on use case. Through the creation of use case model, domain model, robustness analysis, dynamic model, I conduct in-depth system analysis and design, and adopt the MVC pattern in the end. On the .NET platform, I make use of C # programming language to implement the whole, and accelerate the pace of the work of the field verification of mining rights so that we ensure the quality of the field verification.This software solves the national problem on data collection's field verification of mineral rights. The users can use the software to work well for data acquisition, improve efficiency and ensure the quality of work.
