The Longmei Mine Construction Co., Ltd. is a 500 strong enterprise of construction in China. It is a powerful, vigorous and aggressive force in mine constructions for the coal industry. The corporation faces the need of mine construction all over the country. The business has been developed greater after a restructuring of the company in 2009. At present, there is a great deal of ongoing projects distributed in different parts of China. So it is a big challenge to know the processes and news of all projects as well as prevent accidents. It is a priority task which the managers have to face. Design and implementation of a modern digital management system is a rational option to solve this question. Thus a plan on a digital information construction was raised and I was assigned to be a project manager. I am in charge of the comprehensive coordination, requirement, analysis and design for the digital management system. Meanwhile, I code the programs directly in some time. Our team face the difficulties in both technique and business together.The digital management system on mine projects employs the advanced web collaboration technology and WEB2.0 technique to deal with all kinds of matters in the constructing process. By using such a system, the efficiency of administration can be highly improved. The system involves four parts: 1) the system of remote monitoring on DLP large screens; 2) the subsystem for safety training and administrating; 3) the subsystem for performance audit and risk assessment; and 4) the subsystem for control and administration of hidden danger and accidents. These four parts made the main framework of the system.The system of remote monitoring on DLP large screens employs the webcams as probing to supervise the constructions in the command center at real time. It can also provide the facilities to direct, schedule and discuss at real time in video beyond the restriction of distance and terrain.The subsystem for safety training and administrating can change the traditional patterns on the enterprise security training by establishing the network video tutorial, multimedia virtual classroom and network testing system. The training efficiency is improved greatly. The cautions on safety can be strengthened by this way.The subsystem for performance audit and risk assessment is used to establish the daily records on safety, monitoring and checks. Thus the performance audit could be measured and supervised at any time. The managers can make strategic decisions quickly when he gets the first-hand information.The subsystem for control and administration of hidden danger and accidents is to establish the personnel files on accident investigators and information files on accidents. Closed loop management solutions are used to check, notice, warning, rectification and recheck before acceptance. The system also can establish electric files for accidents. It is convenient to search and analyze the data statistically. The standardization and normalization of the company advances by using this system.The thesis has described the digital management system by several aspects, such as development process management, business analysis, architecture analysis and design, database design, system coding, system testing, and so on.The concept of agile software development is employed in the digital management system. By the means of rapid demand, simple design, quickly realizing and test drive, the project is forwarded iteratively.The business analysis procedure is the process of requirement obtaining and analyzing procedure. In these procedures, the business boundaries, business logic, function requirement and non-function requirement are confirmed. The framework of business can be established to demonstrate the aim of the project.The ideas of object-oriented analysis and design, MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture pattern are used to finish the modeling. The object in the modeling is mapped to the tables and corresponding fields in the database. The digital management system use Oracle10G as memory for the database.In the developing process, the Java, Spring, iBATIS, Flex, OSWorkflow etc are used to code the programs. In this thesis, the development of function is discussed. Finally, the test drive method is used to finish the programs.
