Limited by the time and space, the traditional training methods do not make full use of the training resource, and limit the learning time of students and the flexibility of learning method. In the training in PICC branch of Harbin, the student is dispersive geographically, and the time of training is short and fragmentary. According the above problem, we design and implement the Web-Based Training System in PICC branch of Harbin based on JSP and JavaBean.The Web-Based Training System makes the training more flexible, and supplies the students with many learning style ,such as online and offline learning style.And it can be regarded as the supplement of the traditional training methods. It makes the share of training resource come true, and supply the students with more flexible learning method, and is able to contribute to reduce the training burden and the training cost. Incorporated with the traditional training methods, the system is able to make full use of the advantages of the system and traditional training methods, and improve the quality and efficiency of training.In this paper, to design and developed Web-Based training system, we use SQL server 2000 as the database and Tomcat as the web server, the development of dynamic Web pages based on JSP script, adopt the B/S structure. The main research contents and the system has the main features of this paper are: We divide the function structure into three layers: user interface layer, business logic layer, data access layer. The business function is encapsulated into the JavaBeans, which improve the security, maintainability, reusability and expandability of the system.We divide the web page into modules, which improve the reusability and expandability of the system, and shorten the life cycle of the system. Implementing the general parts of the web page into modules, we can directly use them with programming again when we need to a new web page.We adopt object-oriented design and implement. we encapsulate the user, course, homework, notice into classes. And each class has its own operation class, which improve the security of database operation and the reusability and expandability of the program.There are there roles in the system: students, teachers and administrator. So the UI(user interface) is divided into there types: UI for students, teachers and administrator. And every UI is designed and implemented into modules, which improve the efficiency, reusability and expandability.According to the experiment results, the system achieves the desired goals , and meets the practical needs and future training needs, and it is easy to operate. Compared with the traditional training methods, it is able to improve the quality of training, and promotes the development of training. At the same time, it has a good application prospects, and it is valuable for other similar works.
