| Police information resources are very important strategic resources in police work, but there are many problems on these resources at present. For example, they are stored separately and difficult to be shared, so it is hard to use them for the police daily work. Because of these problems, the work efficiency of public security organs is seriously affected. Therefore, we need to build a unified information application platform to make full use of these resources.This paper studies and designs a video application system as an import part of information application platform. Combining with network resources in police system, our system integrates existing and future video data, which can share all kinds of video resources in a wider range, and then it can provide decision support for police system efficiently.Firstly, in this paper we analyse the utilization situation and system requirements of video resources, and design the data framework of the system. Secondly, we discuss the application framework and business processes, and design and implement the key business processes. At last, for the specificity of this system, we study load balancing of video upload and cases merger, and give the load balancing implementation plan and the design of the cases merger analysis system.Our system is used in a real project of public security departments currently, and it obtains better results than before in improving the efficiency of police system. |
