Design And Implementation Of Product Management Subsystem In PRM System

ABSTRACT:To strengthen the cooperation management of China Unicom's wireless value-added service and promote wireless value-added industries to develop continuously and healthily, China Unicom has formulated to develop the Partner Relationship Management System(PRM). As one of the core systems of the telecom Business Support Systems (BSS), PRM is to meet the electronic management requirements that Operator carries out application approval and settlement payment process for Service Provider (SP) and value-added service provided by SP.Product Management Subsystem in PRM system supports Operators to manage products finely and solves the problem of low efficiency of product cooperation.It enhances the satisfaction of partners.This paper starts with introducing the overall IT plan of China Unicom, expounds the structure of the telecommunications IT systems and functional position.Then it generally analyzes the components of China Unicom Headquarters PRM System as well as makes a detailed discussion with java open-source workflow engine OSWorkflow under lightweight J2EE system and WebService based on the AXIS2. Based on these,this paper has completed the analysis, design and implementation of Product Management Subsystem of China Unicom Headquarters PRM System with object-oriented approach. It clears the entire process of product life cycle, and solves the problem of efficient management of partner products.The subsystem has good scalability, adaptability, stability, it has been used on-line.
