Research Of The E-Government Security Management System's Construction In The City Of Zibo

E-government is a systematical project to process, cyberize,publish and standardize the government affairs.As the information related to national secrets and core government, so their safety is particularly important. Deep research on how to strengthen the security of e-government has an important significance in the promotion of healthy development of e-government and the whole process of social information.Taking into account the city level e-government is the core in the country e-government system, the author of this paper selected e-government system security construction in Zibo for the study and developed a research relying on the sub-topic "e-government security system solutions of e-government planning, Zibo,2008-2012" as well as the actual research and practical work during the fieldwork experience in Zibo information industry bureau so as to carry on this topic smoothly.First of all, based on the analysis of some related research of the domestic and international e-government safety and characteristics of municipal e-government information, the author took the example of Zibo, analyzed the status of Zibo and e-government threats, and then put forward the problems in current e-government security management. After that, the author designed a framework structure model about e-government security administrative system on the basis of these problems, and made detailed and complete discussion of the model from the aspects of the security risk management, safety organization and management, security, technology and configuration management as well as legal aspects of standard construction. Next the author proposed a series e-government security system programs which can be implemented. All of these displayed the perfect mode of operation sustained by technology, management, laws, regulations and information security standards.The research results not only have an important guiding significance in e-government security management system of Zibo, Meanwhile, they also have important reference meaning to the security safeguard system construction of the domestic same level of e-government system.
