| The real-time monitoring system of field information can provide the scientific basis for precise agriculture management, which is important for improving crop yield and quality. In order to overcome the limitations of the existing field monitoring systems by using cable for data transmission, wireless communication technology was chose to monitor the agricultural information, and ZigBee-based monitoring system in the field of information data collection, transmission and other issues of convergence were researched. Main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) A ZigBee wireless sensor network with a tree-like topology was designed. It consists of coordinator, routers and sensor nodes. Field information is collected by sensor nodes directly or transmitted through a router to the coordinator. Coordinator sends the information through the RS-232 serial port to the PC, and the information are displayed and stored. The wireless sensor network implements the data acquisition and collection in the close range of field for remote monitoring system. All its proceedings are carried out by wireless transmission.(2) Considering the system's low power consumption and reliability, CC2430 RF chip was used as the core processor in sensor node, and low-power digital cable temperature and humidity sensor DB171 was used to collect information in the system. In addition, sensor node hardware was developed, including wireless transmission module, CC2430 interface module, the reset circuit module, power supply circuit modules, data acquisition module, expansion module and the external circuit.(3) ZigBee2006 Z-Stack protocol was researched, and applications were also developed, including network formation, the system binding, data acquisition, data transmission, data reception and so on. Meanwhile the software system implements data acquisition, transmission and collection.(4) The low-power sleep mode of RF chip CC2430 and the selective measures for sending data were used to reduce node energy consumption, which extends battery's life and replacement cycle. (5) Experimental results show that the field monitoring system can monitor real-time temperature, humidity and many other environmental information, and sensor node has a good energy saving effect, Which can satisfy the requirements of multi-point measurement, mobility, convenience in the field information monitoring process. It also solves inconvenience wiring problem caused by complex environmental factors in monitoring system. And it meets the agricultural environmental monitoring automation, information requirements. Monitoring system of field information is of great significance for raising the level of agricultural modernization. |
