In recent years, along with the increased competition of the broadcast television industry, local TV stations keep trying to develop innovative, expect to find a new foothold to attract audiences. At the same time, the responsive audience breakdown of the market trend, news programs , close to the livelihood of the people is born, including the dialect news item, dialect part drama, dialect variety shows, dramas and other dialect programs.Because this kind of television program usually has the manifestation which is loved the audiences, the director has the rich local characteristics, amiable,and the information which is transmited by the program are derived from the life of ordinary people,it often start from a small point, but also has the instruction or the inspiration function to the life, therefore, shows the ratings climbing. The program not only provide the information and pleasure to the audiences, but also brings economic interest for the television station.Because of this reason, the regional dialect TV program seems like to obtain a development opportunity, frequently appears on television screens. And among them, there are many good TV shows. For example: access to national awards in Hangzhou West Lake Channel's "A six the news", Shandong Qilu popular television program "pull-gung",running the column title to dominate the ratings, "fog night talk ",and so on.Besides these new TV programs,some Northeast dialect TV shows are also popular for years on the television screen,such as dialect part drama"Chuishi Ban Story"and"My Own Swordsman"are whthin the scope of my study.Compared to the phenomenon of dialect TV program,in the southern of our country,there also exist dialect TV channel.How to coordinate the relationship between dialect and Mandarin.When it displays good television function,such as,media language demonstration,cultural inheritance,environmental surveillance,public opinion guidance, it also can instruct the healthy development of dialect TV program.This is the purpose of this thesis.
