Feng Li Yueyang paper mill is a large enterprise producing all kinds of paper in Hunan Province, which caused a serious pollution on the rivers and lakes, because of lagre paper-making also meams heavy waste water discharge amount.Chemical pulping black liquor is the major polluting sources in paper-making industry, for this reason, the Paper Mill responded to the call of one's Central Committee and government, so they implemented a project for fighting pollution by Alkali Recovery. On the one hand it reduced the environment pollution; on the other hand it provided cooking with alkali for Alkali Pulping to produce heat and electricity, increased econnmic efficiency.This paper according to the factory of alkali recovery control system of variety production equipment, and equipment production data collection of the lack of uniformity for communications and equipments integration is poor so that it is difficult to achieve the production process of testing and control in real time by the factory. This paper suggested Alkali recycling control system based on OPC.It shorted the development time with control systems and saved costs for developing systems.In this thesis,firstly introduced alkali recovery system of development and actuality, and three section of Technics Process about Alkali recovery technology of evaporate,burning and conversion. Secondly, detailedly expatiated on the OPC technology of the relevant knowledge, and detailedly analysis and study the technical specification about the OPC,and analyzed OPC data access to automation interface standard.Then raised from the client access of external OPC to configuration software and remote the transmission of data collection system, and solved alkali recovery system of data collection from the ground floor to monitor the floor to the top management of a seamless integration.Then researched OPC of the relevant knowledge, such as COM structure and characteristics, COM objects and interfaces, COM implementation and extension.Alkali Recovery system adopted VB program mming language developed the client program in building Alkali Recovery process for the production data collection and monitoring and control system based on OPC. Finally, this thesis put forward conclusions and prospects for Alkali Recovery control system based on OPC.
