The informationization and digitization of agriculture are the inevitable trends in the world agriculture development of 21st century, which is an important content of the modernization of agriculture. Systematic construction of agricultural information is the basis for promoting agricultural information work. With the development of the expert system, its theory and technology tend to be mature, but because of the impact of agricultural production process, the complexity of factors involved in and the poor intelligent design, most agricultural expert systems don't have strong practicality and wide popularity. This thesis, funded in ministry of agriculture public welfare fund project, through analysis and research in the current agronomist system's foundation and with the combination of intelligence decision technology, designs intellectualization pepper management decision support program and has a study on the improvement of intellectualization and the practicability of the expert system.This paper was divided into five parts. Partâ… introduced the background and the significance of this thesis, analyzed the current international and domestic research about the Management of Pepper Decision Support System. On this basis, it had an analysis on the needs of the project, and proposed the content and direction of this thesis.Partâ…¡focused on system structure and function division. Function modules of the system, the typical functions of business process and data dictionary were detailed designed. F The versatility and scalability are considered fully in the design of functional module.Partâ…¢focused on key technologies of system realization. The prediction of pepper production of through the model forecasting technology, designed single forecasting model based on a combination of single prediction model, to achieve the improvement of the accuracy in production prediction and by revising the models constantly through the model revision technology, maintained the stability of forecast model. Fuzzy algorithm with the mathematical theory for decision-making in the fuzzy state, designed decision-making method suitable for this fuzzy system, realized the membership function and the fuzzy clustering matrix in this system's application, and strengthened system internal module relatedness and the system intellectualization degree. The research of Key technologies caused this system's design mentality to be more open. Partâ…£was the visual design of the system. Though graphic display of system home page, pepper garden management, planter decision-making, and so on, it has a elaboration on the design and realization of production forecast, Fertilization and other typical functions.Partâ…¤summarized the advantages and shortcomings of this system.
