Research On Soft-switch Network Accessed In Electric Power Companies And Security Policy

In order to provide users with more flexible and diverse existing servise and new-valued servise which are easy to manage and maintain, the strategy and implementation scenario of soft-switch network accessed to the power company is presented in this paper. Also the network security which soft-switch must be faced is researched and explored deeply.In this paper, according to the characteristics and long-term plans of power system, through the investigation of communication development status, the problems exiting in electric power communication network are analyzed. Then, the soft-switch network designs about dispatch system, administration system, power residential customers are proposed separately. Meanwhile, business system architecture is studied, so that existing servise and new servise will be integrated. Finally, the soft-switch device, network security, key equipment, and information security get analyzed, and presented soft-switch network security design:first, setting three defense lines to ensure the safety of the policy implementation of soft-switch network security, and then putting forward to the design solutions for commonly used middle network equipment and IPSec protocol, including the plans of penetrating firewalls and NAT, IPSec-based VPN implementation scheme.
