With the rapid development of mobile technology, mobile phone configuration is becoming higher and better. As a result, now long standby for mobile-phone has become a focus of the attention, the development of super-long standby has becoming an urgent problem to be solved.The dissertation adopts MT6225, a mobile phone platform of MediaTek, as the development platform, it mainly focused on the function research and analysis of mobile phones with long standby.The hardware structure, software structure, working theory and realization method are analyzed based on the theoretical information. Within which the Partition of hardware modules and software modules and its design division based on the company's mobile phone chip development platform.With the knowledge of hardware and software working theory, design method as well the development tool, the development of new functions are now of a stable base.Firstly, according to the demand of the project,the article research the technology path of super-long standby both from hardware and software. Then, the software design is the main research work of our article, and the hardware design choices the components with high performance. As we know, the hardware peripherals LCD/Keypad's backlight,the audio amplifier and the BT/Camera/FM driver module'power leakage are the main reasons of the power consumption. Then the software is designed to optimize them, so that it can reduce the unnecessary power consumption. The paper designs three modules detailedly such as:the power-saving mode, power settings and setting time period since incurred the. anti-harassment calls.The power-saving module includes a key power, call saving, low power set up the power saving mode automatically and backlight settings. It can achieve the aim of the handset's low power, and the super-long standby can come true. The design keeps to the principle of modularization, can provide a friendly system interface, and besides to meet users'conditions, it also can minimize current consumption so that to achieve long standby.In order to achieve the process of the functional module, the data structure and storage of each functional module are design detailedly. Meanwhile, in order to achieve data flow control, we design the more excellent Record way to read or write NVRAM. The new design that starting the saving power mode while low power, has ameliorated the conventional battery voltage detection algorithm, and it can greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of detecting the remaining battery power.In addition, by simulating the software on the PC and doing comprehensive testing on the mobile phone, the correctness of each module is validated. The feasibility of this design is verified by completing the prototype development and system integration testing.
