Research On P-Book Distribution Model Under Internet Enviroment

McLuhan's great prediction of "Global Village" had been realized by the emergence. Internet has been bringing great change to human producing and "boundless storage and smooth media" comes true theoretically with the breakthrough of the space limitation of stores successfully under the electronic business model as B2C, B2B and C2C. At present the P-book issue industry is undergoing full union with Internet.Issue productivity is experiencing a revolution while Internet is coming into being. Internet not only brings shock and challenge to the traditional P-book issue industry, but also induces new mode of P-book issue and its development, providing communication on a new stage and giving new opportunity to book distribution industry. So this paper researches on the B2C distribution of the representative P-book issue website and summarizes the new distribution model of P-book in internet environment. It caters to the demand of book distribution in new age while also a theoretic reference of book distribution.Survey is used in the empirical investigation. It researches the relevant data of the issue of press, provincial Xinhua bookstore and three representative private stores. It comes to a summary of present distribution based on review of the information of business, logistics and cash flow of P-book B2C distribution in several websites.Finally, on the basis of empirical investigation, it comes to a summary of a whole P-book B2C distribution system under internet environment home at present after analyzing the existing problem and bring out corresponding countermeasure. It makes a proper expectation for future development by doing SWOT analysis of present B2C distribution. Hopefully, the paper's research could be a useful reference for development book distribution theory.
