The central monitoring system is made up of four parts. Those are nerve ache RF (radio frequency) treatment modules, physiological signal detecting modules, a communication server, and a central monitoring computer. It can not only treat nerve ache by using RF pulse, but also monitor the ECG, SpO2, temperature and impedance. Both the design circuits of nerve ache RF treatment module and detecting module of physiological signals are introduced in detail. During treating procedure, the treating and detecting modules collect four signals and send them to the communication server through CAN bus. The communication server embeddedμC/OSⅡis designed as a gateway between the CAN bus and Ethernet. By constructing a TCP/IP protocol stack, the communication server sends four signals to the central monitoring computer by means of IP packets. The software interface of the system based on JSP is described. A high speed, long distance, and combinative monitoring of multi-sickbed and multi-channel physiological signals can be realized by the system.
