Virtualization is an effective mean of supporting the new internet architecture research. The ForCES idea of control element and forwarding element separation provide a basis for router virtualization. This thesis focus on the research of virtual service application implement base on the ForCES framework, the contents include: Design the whole structure of virtual service application according to the ForCES architecture; Study the virtual environment of ForCES virtual service system, and apply the services in this virtual environment; In the CE-side, explore the service mapping layer relate to corresponding virtual service; In the FE-side, achieve the specific service function using the Click module router.Base on the studies of the virtual system related contents above, this thesis built a virtual service application architecture under the ForCES framework in PC. Utilize the OpenVZ virtualization software which fit to our system to create Virtual Private Servers (VPS), and realize the three kind of virtual service, IPsec, IPv4 and IPv6, in each VPS. In the CE end, analysis and determine the requirements of every service mapping layer, realize the database required by each service. In the FE end, configure the elements of Click router to achieve the functions of IPsec, IPv4 and IPv6 service. Finally, test the implement of virtual service application based on the ForCES framework in this thesis. The results show that the proposed of ForCES virtual service system in this thesis, is correct and effect.
