SPD2000 smart valve positioner is our own developed products, but also the National 863 Program.The pneumatic valve is one of the most important actuators in the industrial process control. As a key attachment to the valve, the valve positioner significantly improves the performance of the valve in many aspects such as measurement precision, speed and flexibility.Now the research hotspot of positioner focuses on the intellective electropneumatic valve positioner. Some foreign companies, such as Simens, Fisher-Rosemont etc, have orderly developed the new products, but in our country the research in this field is begun late.Now the electropneumatic valve positioners used generally in our country adopted the force-balanced-type and had some disadvantage, and the import intellective positioners are more expensive, so the research of the intellective electropneumatic valve positioner is necessary. I completed the overall design of the intellective electropneumatic valve positioner.Two sets of power supplies for two-wire system are designed independently, and the problem of low power consumption for smart two-wire system is resolved with originality.A design of high side current sense amplifier with reliability and stabilization is put forward and implemented. This technique keeps the ground plane without additional resistances,improves overall circuit performance and greatly simplifies layout. The control system based on MSP430 single processor is constructed, including data acquisition and processing, keyboard setting unit, LCD display unit and valve driving unit.The system software package with modularity has been developed, which includes a monitoring program and a functional module. The former makes the system hardware be operated reliably, while the latter offers the configuration parameter setting function.A prototype of a smart two-wire valve positioner has been designed and constructed.This paper developed SPD2000 smart valve positioner has been up to a half of testing, all aspects of performance are consistent with design requirements, identification of institutions related to the expert opinions, the user also developed a good product given of the feedback. |
