The Studying And Development Of Chemical Simulation And Traning System

The chemical simulation and training system is a technology designed specially for the large petro chemical enterprises to train operating workers. It simulates the actual situation in the petro chemical industry, reappears each step of the production process and the purpose of which is to train operation workers to be of rich experience in handling accidents under the circumstances of no feeding and no danger.In this article, we build model for the Crude Oil Unit Workshop and the Catalytic Cracking Workshop of Jiujiang Oil Plant, study the characteristics of its logistics and the organization form of data structure, and propose the method for process simulation modeling and the software system realization.The chemical simulation and training system uses COM, which includes assistant software, teacher station, model server and student station. The assistant software is used to be configured on the instrument, the teacher station is used to send control commands, the model server is used to encapsulate model in the form of DLL files, and provide appropriate communication interface for the teacher station and the student station. The student station receives the simulation result transmitted from the model server and shows it on the corresponding DCS flowchart. The system also realizes the functions of Scoring for students.
