The Reliability Evaluation Index System Research Of Electric Power Communication Network

The establishment of reliability evaluation index system is the foundation of reliability evaluation and the premise of measuring the system evaluation target as well. To improve the reliability of electric power communication network, the reliability evaluation index system of electric power communication network is studied in this dissertation.The main jobs of this dissertation are as follows. First, analyze the reliability of electric power communication network based on the analyses and researches on the main technologies in electric power communication network and the reliability of public communication network. Second, design and establish the reliability evaluation index system on the basis of analyzing the factors that have effects on the reliability of electric power communication network and referring to the former researches and experiences. Third, verify the validity and reliability of the index system through mathematical statistics theory. Finally, calculate the weight of each selected index and obtain the overall evaluation of reliability of the network, using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method and with the actual data. The simulation results demonstrate the practicality and scientificity of the above method.
