The content of this paper is the research and development of real-time Asynchronous Communication for Stimulative simulation system based on the working Mechanism of simulator and the characteristics of OVATION virtual DCS. For the data communication, the asynchronous communication of opc multi-clients is used. For the command communication, the way of calling OVATION Remote API function by the network is used. Moreover, in order to meet the university teachers and researchers demand,the author also developed a powerful network ports in the support system side and data collection to the client. Researchers can use this feature, gathering real-time data on the model parameters on-line optimization.The real-time communication system is developed in C# and C++ mixed programming method,the COM/DCOM, OPC, TCP/IP, database, and many other techniques are used.The paper achieves real-time communication between the support system and the virtual DCS and the data exchange between the support system and the external program.
