The Research Of Digital Resources Long-term Preservation Comprehensive Evaluation Method

In recent years,with the rapid development of the network and information technology,the whole society enters into the digital and information age gradually,human being dependency on digital information resources is growing. However,due to a high degree of virtualization,a large number of valuable digital information resources disappeared rapidly for storage,materials,technology and other aspects of the reasons,which brought immeasurable losses. How to long-term obtain and use digital resources of rapid expansion,complex and uneven quality are important research subject currently. In this paper,carry on an investigation in the contents options and quality control of long-term preservation of digital resources,the research content as following:Firstly,the paper analyzes the digital resources long-term preservation related theory,discusses the characteristics of digital resources,type classification,as well as the utilization of different types.Secondly , based on the current and future use of digital information possibility ,the papers discussed principles,standards and evaluation methods of digital resources,and propose the viewpoint of digital resources assessment using dynamic,integrated method.Finally,the paper research the implementation plan of combined value evaluation method of digital resources long-term preservation,Conclusions indicate that the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation method for digital resources has some scientific,in guiding the practice of long-term preservation of digital resources has important reference value.The paper research content is long-term digital resources preservation,which applies integrated value assessment thinking,analyzing,understanding, summarized and calculated value of digital resources,guiding practice behavior of digital resources long-term preservation,serve the society,which has an important significance for long-term preservation of digital resources.
