| In recent years, with the development of information technology, office automation has been more and more popular with various professions including institutions of higher learning. Nowadays, development of higher learning in China is in its golden age, as the educational scale extend continuously, the workload and difficulties of teaching affairs, scientific research and administration management is increasing accordingly. As a result, the application of office automation system is of great significance in improving working efficiency and achieving management modernization and scientific decisions of higher learning.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of office automation in institutes of higher learning, this paper has designed and developed an office automation system under the actual demand of a college.With the system, users are able to formulate, modify and supervise procedures of document processing, approval processing, application and other wok process in graphical interface based on the custom process made by the college. By separating business logic and process logic of work procedure, the system has avoided completely fixed process of fixed-pattern office automation system.It also applied perfect role-based access control mechanism to manage system users, so that the system administrator can differentiate roles according to the different security strategies rank of each department in the college.In that way, authorized management is simplified greatly. In order to enhance the performance, the system uses the method of separating management and access control to achieve higher efficient management.This system adopts B/S structure which is stable and easier to operate,and develops with.Net3.5 technology and framework, SQL Server2005 is used to deal with backend database.Procedures and database run collectively in server, which makes the system simple, practical, easy to maintenance, and realizes strict management, highlighted managing concept. |
