Application And Research Of OA System And E-portfolio In Basic Education

From end of 1990s', the quick development of network technique has bound IT and the development of whole society ever more tightly together.people have pay more attention to the effect of IT.The term, "educational informationization " appeared.Now "educational informationization" is widely used in all kind of documents of govement,and govement accords great importance to it. Educational informationization is the base and important part of modernization of education. Educational informationization driving modernization of education is the tendency of the reformation and development of whole world's education.Now,with the regard of educational informationization,govement spends huge money on the building of hardware environment,the quantity and capability of computers in some basic education unit exceed some developed european countries and North America,but we have much confusion on how to use the hardware,we still in the stage of groping.Computer is used to browse website and make PPT in many basic education schools.How to bring the superiority of IT into full play,how to make the huge spending turn to huge output of quality of education,is a big problem to all of educators.The system studies of basic education system in Baoshan district,inducts ERP management theory,with the combination of OA system and e-portfolio,tries to research a way of development of educational informization including of educational administration,teachers'professional development,studying interactive in the internet environment and decision support.The purpose of the system are electronic government,improving work efficiency,saving cost and bringing the superiority of IT, increasing the speed of teachers'professional development, improving the entire quality of the students.
