| To manufacturing enterprises, equipments hold very important role. They are not only great property to those enterprises, but also are important guarantees to enterprises production activities. Equipment management information system manages production facilities efficiently and brings them into full play, so it has great significance to manufacturing enterprises. However, the equipment information management system is a complex system, which includes complex business rule, and difficult to be developed. In order to heighten efficiency and the level of management of equipment, enterprise's equipment information management system is detailedly designed in this paper.This paper combines daily business procedure and characteristic of the equipment management in the enterprise. Based on the plenary demands analysis, a function tree of the system and a functional model of information management system have been developed, in order to get an entire understanding of the system. By Looking over the user's forms and enquiring the user, E-R model which is the database plan has been established. And detailedly, the process of transforming E-R model into relation model has been dissertated, which contains the process of converting entities into tables, transforming relations and maximal granularity into design of foreign key, and design of minimal granularity. Then, this paper dissertate the process of database implementation based on SQL, which includes the technology of realizing table, restriction and minimal granularity. This paper also studies some related key technologies of equipment information management system, such as the technology of realizing pareto analysis, the technology of realizing the standardized management of emergency maintenance. Finally, the interface of system, such as application of buying, selecting of spareparts'stock, and the inputing and selecting of examinming data, has been introduced briefly. |
