| With more and more specialization of the industry, Insurance Company needs constructing an efficient and easy to use IT application system to manage Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business. This system can assure the quality and time limit of business process, reduce total cost and improve core competitiveness of Insurance Company.For the requirement of Insurance Company, this paper comes up with a creative insurance BPO Management System's solution of combining construction, transformation and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI). This solution fully considers the character of Insurance BPO, makes full use of existing application system resources and realizes collaborative work between own system and outside vendor system.This paper analyses the cause of the technical difficulties occurred in the solution. And as a result, it draws the reasonable conclusion that Insurance Enterprise BPO system has been realized by solving the problem of Image File Storage through combining structured data and unstructured data by Enterprise Content Management (ECM) tools, Communication & Control in Integration System through building multithreaded application to make the collected thread configured, and confidentiality of business information as vendor inputting data through Image Segmentation Technology to partly display document image. These difficulties are widespread problems of practicing BPO business management system in Insurance Company, so then the solutions are comprehensively used for reference.The solution in this paper is provided with advanced idea and technology, reasonable structure and lower cost. The application system proposed by solution is highly matching the requirement of Insurance Company, covering all-around function, which also possesses high automation, large throughput of business process, easy to extend new process and keeping information secret. At last, it will be a strong technical support to BPO Business Process Management of Insurance Company. |
