Design And Development Of Customer Relationship Management System Oriented To Software Outsourcing

China's software industry has made remarkable achievements in 21st century, which is currently the world's fastest growing industry. China's position as outsourcing supplier is getting more and more important. As the core force for promoting and developing software outsourcing industry in Tianjin, Tianjin National Software Export Base (TNSEB) provide first-class business platform and service platform for Tianjin's software company. To achieve this goal, TNSEB is responsible for the building of an integrated management information system. The customer relationship management system oriented to software outsourcing is a subsystem of integrated management information system, which provides software export service platform for TNSEB.In this paper, on the basis of in-depth analysis of software outsourcing features, customer relationship management principle, using the technical characteristics of Microsoft development environment Microsoft.NET and B/S frame, a software outsourcing business oriented customer relationship management system is designed. The thesis also describes system architecture, business processes, database design, module functional design and other the process in details, so as to realize the potential customer management, formal customer management, contract management, sub-contract management, vendor file management, product and service management, system management and other functions. While taking into account adding other functions in the design framework, the system's pertinence and scalability is maintained.With the use of customer relationship management in customer research and practical applications in software outsourcing industry, customer relationship and sub-contract management is achieved, customer information and sub-projects is accumulated, the vendor and supplier relationship management in software outsourcing industry is achieved, software outsourcing business operating costs is reduced and software outsourcing business competitiveness is improved, which promote the software outsourcing of industry development.
