At present, due to the increasing proportion of the manufacturing process assembly operations, affected increasing share of the product manufacturing cost, the backwardness of the automatic assembly has become "bottleneck"of modern manufacturing development. The solutions of assembly automation have become the immediate problem of modern enterprise for mass production.The information society, communication products belong to a large amount of production quantity and scale of production, this subject mainly research control system of communication product automatic assembly line. According to the characteristics of the control system ,divides it into analog control and switch quantity control and network communication three parts:â‘ Directing at analog control segment, firstly from the angle of both theory and experiment established the mathematical model and model identification, Then based on the analysis and research of Pseudo-Derivative-Feedback control algorithm by the use of MITSUBISHI PLC, realizing the ladder-diagram programming of Pseudo Derivative-Feedback control algorithm, also reserach on the computer and PLC serial communication and make the real-time monitoring interface ;â‘¡Directing at the switch quantity control segment, use MITSUBISHI PLC as controller, compiling functional diagram by Sequential Function Chart, realized each control requirements;â‘¢Directing at network communication control segment, use CC-Link fieldbus of MITSUBISHI company building masterslave control network, and compiling the network communication, realizing the requirements of network control. Then, in the building of the experimental platform for the whole experiment, has a good experimental effect.Analog control part of the theoretical and experimental results indicate that Pseduo Derivative-Feedback Control Algorithm possesses the dynamic response speed and load and strong anti-jamming capability, decoupling excellent performance and good robustness and high precision and small error, etc, and worthy to be widely used.
