However, the characteristics of compact portable devices, allowing users to use the functions in reality very non-convenient, but with the popularity of computer and powerful capacity of computer,the requirements of users to manipulate these terminal devices by computer are growing urgency, So it is necessary to develop a PC-Side Software matched with mobile terminals to complete the management of mobile terminals.Firstly, this article introduces 3G standard and wireless data cards, analyzes the meaning of PC-Side Software for the trend of 3G, meaning, and then describes the system architecture and hierarchy, interface functions and module partition, the whole system adopts layer architecture and different hierarchy achieves their corresponding functions. Then introduces the functional requirements, implementation principles and program flow of each major modules systematic, and describes the implementation of the short message module, finally focuses on the key technology of software implementation, communication layer uses standard Win32 API to carry out serial communication, carry out the message transmission between PC and mobile terminals by AT commands and realize the system structural optimization by COM component technology.
