In the field of aerial photography, large format digital aerial camera has become a mainstream camera. In this paper, a new type of large array CCD aerial camera focused on the geometric imaging model, image geometry processing, radiometric correction of panchromatic images, etc. With experimental results verify the correctness of data processing method and applicability. The main contents include:1,From the "field component" perspective on the classification of current main large format digital cameras, briefly discusses their respective image error, geometry processing methods.2,Discuss the geometric imaging principle of the large array CCD aerial camera, detailed analysis of the unique image error of new camera, establish algorithm based on affine transform image mosaic program. Using real aerial images validation image mosaic program and the accuracy of the image mosaic.3,Systematic analysis of new large array CCD aerial camera, radiation sources of error and error elimination method, use radiation test data and aerial image to correct radiation error.
