| This paper describes the IWRAMS(intelligent Wireless Remote Alarm Management System) development by some domestic telecom carrier, which includes system development background, functions, design idea and Achievement. Also, this paper represents the real effect for the system and the further story about system self-evaluation in the future.The Wireless telecommunication system network grows rapidly in these decades. After massive construction of wireless networks, the competition between the carriers is not the mobile networks scale only, it is more than the competition against network qualities. It is highly request the fineness for the network operation.Nowadays, after the re-organization from four carriers into three giant carriers, it brings the more intense competition, GSM expansions,3G network constructions and so on. Also, It inevitably takes more and more BTS alarms during the operation. These alarms are so disorder and instantaneously changing that makes the monitor difficulty, especially hard for the man-kind surveillance which is not feasible solution at all. this is why we need IWRAMS and deploy into our existing system to catch every BTS alarms to analyze and also to build up a decent wireless network. This is the way to take on the role in the future competitions.IWRAMS mostly take these six module functions:Alarming Processing, Data configuration Management, Reporting Management, Knowledge Sharing, System Management and Task Management to pre-analysis processing, emergency notification, experts diagnostics and even fault fixing. All the developments of system adopt the most popular B/S module. System can be divided into data layer, business logical layer and GUI which are all based on JAVA. And system support the GUI to use WebService interface to processing the data. This is good design for the system which is easy to use this interface to transfer the data inside of any part of the systems. The whole system's programming structure can be guaranteed for its security, stability and liability by fineness research and thorough testing. It is sure that this system can take more active in real situation in the future. |
