With the ever-changing development in modern communication technology, communication networks occupy an increasingly prominent position through all kinds of fields, such as computer, mobile, power and even military fields. The safe and stable operating state of communication networks throughout all areas of society is directly related to the stable development of national economy and people's normal life. On the other hand, due to the rapid development of communication networks, the increasingly complex status of communication networks brings out the great difficulties to fault discovery, fault handling as well as maintenance management. Regular organization of anti-accident maneuver is one of the effective means to improve the emergency handling capabilities of the communication network operation and maintenance personnel. While facing to the complex communication network environment, it will consume enormous human and material resources if the traditional anti-accident maneuver activities are planned to be organized.In order to achieve the practical effect of an anti-accident maneuver and to save the resources consuming, so that the communication network operation and maintenance personnel could understand and improve their skills of fault judgement and handling, this paper designs and implements an anti-accident maneuver system based on the simulation platform of communication networks using advanced computer technology. This paper firstly introduces the network overview and development trends of the existing communication networks, researches on the maintenance status and quality requirements of current communication networks and analyzes the major difficulties which operation and maintenance work is facing to. Meanwhile, the paper also does an in-depth study on the maneuver content and purpose of the traditional anti-accident maneuvers. It points out the limitations of the continuation of traditional maneuver activities, and then it brings out the need of researching on a communication network anti-accident maneuver system. Secondly, this paper further analyzes the current research status quo of the topic, raises the system construction significance and topic research significance of the anti-accident maneuver system designed by this topic and brings forward the entire requirements, design principles and objectives of the system. This paper designs a set of standardized anti-accident maneuver management process based on the traditional anti-accident maneuver activities. Eventually, the topic designs and implements an anti-accident maneuver system of communication networks based on multi-role management mechanism using computer technologies. In this paper, from the software development point of view, design idea and implement methods of functional modules and database modules are described in detail. Finally, the system implemented by the topic has been put into practice successfully through power communication networks, which verifies the correctness and practicality of the topic.
