With the Next Generation Network (NGN) development, a variety of protocols, equipment and services continue to surge in the number of species, the network environment has become more complex, more and more insecurity, NGN network security issue has become the field of NGN research focus and the key problems. In order to avoid threats and attacks, the network risk assessment is very important to understand the risks faced by the network status and timely deal with.NGN security assessment system is very important to help operators achieve the safe operation of the network. NGN security risk assessment system is a carrier-grade applications, will include safety data collection, security, data analysis, network status display, system maintenance and management and other core functions, need to meet the threats of real-time reporting requirements, safety data collection requirements decentralized distributed operators, maintenance and management, as well as the convenience of the administrator requirements. In order to meet carrier-class business systems, distributed applications, real-time, manageable, maintainable demand, theses put forward based on B/S architecture, NGN security posture evaluation system design. In the design ideas under the guidance of the security situation assessment systems for the NGN characteristics and specific needs, based on the existing B/S structure of the mainstream technology, compare, analysis, optimize and complete the design and implementation work of the NGN security situation assessment system.In this paper, based on NGN security situation assessment system requirements, deeply research and analysis the key technologies of NGN security situation assessment system which is based on B/S architecture, specifically including the choice of development language adaptation, based on MVC pattern development techniques, frameworks, technology selection and optimization, data persistence technology choices and optimization. In this paper, systematic analysis and summarize the issues related to research and development, and the proposed optimization method has universal applicability and guiding value.
