Web Self-Service Centre is a access channel for China Telecom's customers to use the self-service, it's also a deploy of the function web view. As a important part of the electron channel Web Self-Service Centre composes product and service of the China Telecom, which are sent to the customers. The other necessary elements are:self-service hotline, SMS, WAP, USSD and so on. The aim of Web Self-Service Centre is to conform, integrate and pack the business ability of the CRM, OCS and other core systems, at the same time to make the entrance of the self-service and the terminal of the service and marketing business between China Telecom and its customers.This paper is based on analysis of the customers' requirements. The writer referred to the technical criterion, used OOAD, proposed Web Self-Service Centre project. This paper includes 5 chapters, such as system synopsis, whole project and particular information. The whole system was used successfully in the business area and gained perfect effects. Application of this system proved the writer's knowledge about J2EE and business ability.
