To solve the growing problem of wireless sensor networks disturbed by the heterogeneous systems, such as WiFi system, this paper introduces a dynamics of cluster-based multi-channel selection strategy which can solve the interference environment networking issues better. In order to solve the problem of the slow convergence rate of new channel selection, this paper improves the multi-channel distribution strategy which selects a new channel based on the available spectrum resources opportunity (SOP) of each node, and completes the decision of the new channel by the cluster head. In this way, it can reduce the number of channel switches, and speed up the convergence rate of choosing a new channel.The performance of the traditional routing protocols is not satisfactory in the interference environment under above multi-channel module. So, this paper presents a cognize spectrum interference routing algorithm for energy efficient anti-jamming. The algorithm consider the cost of resisting interference, channel switching cost, the remaining cost of energy delivery routes such factors as the cost metric, and transforming the costs of the route into the delay of the middle of the node delay to choose the best route. Through building a ZigBee simulation platform on NS2 and simulating the proposed routing algorithm, Simulation results show that the routing algorithm presented in this paper have better anti-jamming performance, it can solve the energy of the nodes, avoid the excessive death of the node, and extend the lifetime of the network.The cognitive interference routing algorithm combined with cluster-based dynamic multi-channel distribution strategy can solve the problem of coexistence of the wireless sensor network and heterogeneous systems such as WiFi comprehensively. So it can lay the foundation for the wireless sensor network to build network large-scale in a complex network environment.
