With the new round of telecom operaters reorganization,the whole business operation time has come.To meet the needs of all business operations and improve efficiency of service supply, to effectively improve market responsiveness and service delivery capacity, need to establish an integrated network activation system to meet the automation and real time service activation requirements.With the continuous development of telecommunications technology, a variety of business has to market, the user volume and complexity are constantly improving.After the 3G development, the business traffic will be greatly increased,real-time requirements will also be improved several times.But it has been activated a variety of business networks are dispersed in different systems and modules in the network caused by inefficient activation of numerous complex business and difficult to quickly support new business.Building a comprehensive network activation system to achieve full professional and business platform for the activation of the network integration.Operational capability in the whole network, flexibility, efficiency, automation, technical ability to concentrate, unified, reliable, fast.Package on the physical network for business information to customers to make changes and check the automatic processing of integrated support systems, become an inevitable trend.In this paper, work practice, the product activation system integrated network evolution is analyzed to illustrate the establishment of a new integrated network of the need to activate the system.So far, integrated network activation system has evolved to the third generation.The first generation product only supports PSTN network element, the North to receive a single interface, interface table to the database the way, the background using C language, the front interface to C/S structure of the desktop application.Second-generation products in addition to access to network elements outside the program-controlled switching can also access mobile network element, intelligent network and NGN network elements, network elements such as the North acquiring services to the receiving TCP to the way structured information, compare the first generation products, the second generation access network element is more abundant, and since acquiring abandoned the interface table, reducing the coupling between systems, the realization of the application in the background mode, the second-generation object-oriented C++ Language.The third generation is the latest version of the application, compared with the second generation, third generation products to support the North to the South to the richer interface, and addition of the most important element is to support multi-network service activation, and support the work order transaction (failed work order automatically roll back), also in the front interface to the WEB from a desktop application.In the new version of the integrated Web-enabled product development process, I am responsible for services to architecture, to take a single service, process, distribution services, work order processing service and network element interface level design and implementation.Integrated network service activation system is the basic unit, integrated Web-enabled system developed are implemented by adding services.Process is a comprehensive network of distribution service activation system, the more important service, is responsible for the activation of sub-work orders issued to the network elements work orders, work orders and the implementation of network elements in order to control, if a network element including the implementation of work orders failed, you need to network element has been the implementation of successful work order to roll back (reverse operation).Work order processing services, distribution services responsible for implementing the process flow back to single-service or network element generated work orders. Foreground application by B/S structure, using a three-tier structure of the SSH(STRUCTS,SPRING and HIBERNATE)framework to ensure the flexibility of front interface.Background application deployment to UNIX/LINUX, using the C/C++ implementation, using Oracle or Sybase database, the database.After two years of development, the latest version of the integrated network service activation system has been Unicom Hebei, Tianjin Unicom,Shaanxi Telecom, Hainan Telecom and Hubei Telecom and other companies in the telecommunications business, the system operated well and achieved good efficiency.
