J2EE-based Personnel Management System

The University Personnel Administration is a very important work in the university management.Along with fast developed education in the last few years,the work is increasingly outstanding and the content in the University Personnel administration increases continuously.lt includes wider and wider aspects.The University Personnel Administration not only wants to control personal detailed information of teachers,but also to manage wages,welfare,title examination,teaching workload of teachers and inviting a teacher and etc.The school personnel administration system based on J2EE framework is built through analyzing and summarizing the current personnel administration according to the actual school personnel administration institution. The system adopting MVC mode, Struts+Hibernate+Spring technology frame and B/S structure is well extendable and safety because of the Acegi part popedom control. Four modes in school personnel administration system are designed and realized, which are business mode, finance mode, approve mode and system administration mode.In the design and realization of the system, the construction and tool are discussed according to the aim and idea, which adopts multilayer B/S software frame and Apache Tomcat server and My Eclipse6.0 integration develop circumstance.ORACLE9i application server is chosen that presents the E-R relationship chart between entities and the relationship chart between system data diagrams.The tested system provides service for the teachers and meets the expectation.
