| With the development of the wireless communication technology, wireless network which can provide the service of internet access is gradually changing people's daily lives. Mesh network is based on the 802.11a/b/g, combined with traditional WLAN, developed from a new type of wireless multi-hop network, and is generally considered to be broadband wireless access "last mile" one of the main techniques.In recent years, location-based business promotion, the positioning technology are of great concern to domestic and foreign researchers。The traditional orientation program consists of two main parts: the estimated orientation and position measurement parameters algorithm. First of all, extract the related parameters from the received signal, and then use the appropriate positioning algorithm for the location of the node or terminal. Wireless Mesh Network is mainly used for indoor scenes.If use of traditional positioning algorithms for complex indoor Mesh network, location method is difficult to ensure the accuracy.In this paper, the existing research on the basis of a large number of positioning systems, and then use the smart antenna beam switching characteristics of the antenna to locate. This paper presents a switched beam antenna based on the indoor terminal positioning program, the program is not measured simply import the scene of geographic information, using the characteristics of the beam switching antenna RSSI can automatically switch to the opposite station. In LOS (hall scene) and NLOS (office scene) scene, we were using AWE network simulation software to simulate, the simulation using MATLAB to analyze the data, finally, to compare with RADAR location algorithm in this two scenarios. In the LOS scenario, the beam switching algorithm for indoor positioning the positioning accuracy of 27.94% higher than RADAR, and NLOS scenarios in complex, beam switching method of positioning accuracy of 7.1% lower than RADAR. But compared to the conventional location algorithm for the high demand on the system, the proposed beam switching orientation location algorithm can meet some scenes which did not have such high demand, have strong practicability. |
