At the earliest, Steering was appeared in the aircraft's model design. in aviation model , a variety of attitude of aircraft flying is all controlled by regulating the engine and steering gear to achieve. With the development of aviation technology, aviation equipment is more complex. However, the reliability of the steering gear and control have become more sophisticated. Most modern aircraft control system adopt hydraulic servo equipment, because of outstanding advantages with large capacity, response speed fast, the system stiffness and high-precision control and so on. This paper just designs a DSP-based digital redundant electro-hydraulic servo system to investigate this question.First, the servo control and DSP digital processing technology has been briefly discussed in this article, and then the proposing of the steering gear control system based on DSP technology. Redundancy technology is as main clue through all paper, at the same time , discussing fault diagnosis and compared to verified system reliability.The paper gives the overall framework of the four redundant actuator control system , including software and hardware, the external interface relations, data collection and processing, lower computer interrupt handling, and CAN network system's architecture.In addition, the crux of article is given for specific research and design, such as Four Redundant synchronization technology, redundancy fault tolerance, fault diagnosis and reliability analysis of four redundant system. While give the module of CAN communication and the module of PWM , we detail the design of the PID module ,which improve deeper reliability and applicability of redundant actuator control system.This paper also gives data collected in the laboratory to prove that the redundant actuator control system is reasonable and practical.
