| As market competition intensifies and car JIT production model of the universal, auto parts supply chain practices need to be further researched. The RFID is used as data collection technology of an automotive final assembly manufacturing process. The RFID is advanced than the commonly used technology which is called barcode.The former is relatively the latter, there are high efficiency, without human intervention and the advantages of solving logistics information collection is not timely, the accuracy of poor and other issues of the production process. The use of RFID technology in automotive final assembly manufacturing process not only to accomplish transparency of information materials, but also can facilitate the supply and demand sides to manage supply chain.It can to achieve the purpose of jointly managed inventory.This paper first analyzes the RFID technology and JIT supply chain management context of the status and a general analysis of automotive assembly logistics business model.It is focusing on supply chain management related issues, such as the relationship between the data collection and JIT production, the logistics execution system's construction of cross-enterprise construction issues.It also analyzes RFID technology's application in the automobile assembly logistics.This paper is aimed at the actual environment of automotive assembly and the technology itself, and puts award the practices of standard equipment bound RFID tags.It has developed RFID equipment specifications, production specifications and other related field operations management practices. Secondly, the introduction of RFID technology has changed the traditional automotive assembly supply chain collaboration mechanisms. In this paper, jointly managed inventory thinking is used, the realization of the supply chain kanban supply ideas and management methods is put forward, and the production line information on the actual needs of the purpose of stimulating the supply chain operations is achieved. Finally, this paper was designed based on RFID technology in logistics execution systems.System structure and function is designed from a point of view of business execution information systems.The research is based on RFID technology, automobile assembly logistics execution systems, It enriches the supply chain management and logistics management content.The research also provides a solution and framework that can be reference for building agile logistics supply chain of auto manufacturers. |
