| This thesis study the style and application of current popular robat workstation mainly,discuss and evaluate a series of combination methods, raised problems in progress and welding robot technology, at the end of thesis we found a best solution.In the evaluation part, we take the example of arc welding robot for N350 vehicle frame to establish a new welding robat prototype for the large scale and complex parts.The new prototype realize center control of different equipments, welding clamps and addition protect facility, increase the work efficiency, and reduce malfunction clearly.The thesis study the location and technics requirement of robot welding workstation as well as, analyse the multi-direction welding technology in specify area to meet the frame endurance test and users comfort requirements. |
