| With the rapid development of automobile industry, automobile solenoid valve is widely used to control the car's oil line, gas line and car brake and so on, they will directly affect the performance of the car. Therefore, testing the quality of the solenoid valve is very necessary.Currently, the domestic apparatus for detecting solenoid valve designed by some enterprises are manual inspection station, such detection devices are complex and imprecise. In foreign countries, the automatic detection devices they use are simple, fast and high precision, but very expensive.Therefore, we developed a self-automated detection platform to detect the state of the solenoid valve. The test platform equipped with two sets of same system, sign the system for the left and right, and it can simultaneously detect two solenoid valves, which will improve the detection rate. The system uses STC89C58RD+ MCU as the control center, including data collection, LCD display and data storage modules and so on. It determines the state of the solenoid valve by sampling and analysising of the gas that flowed through the solenoid valve which under test, and combining the voltage and current which work on it. The test station displays test results with LED, and uses LCD as display terminal, the nested menu of the display terminal sets up many display interfaces to feedback a comprehensive detection information of the solenoid valve, such as information summary, password changes and parameter setting. Inspectors can also achieve human-computer interaction through the keyboard system, and modify test parameters and password, then the LCD has played the role of host computer.After months of debugging and continuous improvement of software, the index of the detector has reached the requirements of manufacturers. According to manufacturer's feedback, the detector greatly improves the detection accuracy and efficiency, and reduces the amount of labor intensity. |
