The measuring detection ought to provide accurate measurement data and information for the process of production and operation activities. Thus, it is very important to improve the management level of labs for detecting measuring instruments. However, for most of the labs for detecting measuring instruments, the production and management of certificates are performed manually, which have some defects, such as low efficiency, inconvenience in saving and querying certificates and lack of resource sharing. Therefore, it is essential to establish an advanced, scientific and rational detection and management system for measuring instruments.The thesis, which is set in the need of all laboratory in Institute of Metrology of LiaoNing and based on in-depth study of distributed technology systems, improves the Distributed System Model of the .NET Framework, puts forward the design model of the system and implements the system. With the help of ADO.NET, the system achieves rapid and effective operation to Oracle database. By .NET Remoting technology, it implements distributed communication, and finally it implements the functions of the automatic generation of certificate templates and detection certificates, adding electronic signatures, document upload and download, file operation based on COM, a suppressible form, auto-upgrade and so on. The system improves the quality of detection certificate to a large extent, realizes sharing certificate template and improves labor productivity and economic benefits.Firstly, the thesis introduces the development background of the system, the status quo of research at home and abroad of the measurement and information system. It summaries distributed technology systems and introduces the related notion of .NET Framework and the component technology of COM. In addition, it analyzes the needs of users and offers the design model and development environment of the system. According to the conclusion draw from system analysis, the thesis specifies the database design and the function design of the system. The thesis mainly introduces the key technologies used in the following function modules, such as managing certificate information, verifying certificate information, managing certificate template information, approval information management, rights management and automatic upgrade. Finally, testing method is illustrated, problems encountered and corresponding solutions are summarized, and aspects for the system to improve are given as well. |
