Design And Realization Of The Information Management System Of The Military Area Programmed Telephone Exchange

The application of the information-based management system of the Program Control Telephone Exchange is an important part of our country's modern communication network. To ensure the normal operation of such a huge and complex network,we have a higher requirement to everyone who do maintenance and management work. The information technology system aims at the present situation of the exchange machine's daily maintenance and it aims to meet different aspects of requirement. The primary purpose of this system is to solve many problems of automatic management, the intelligent maintenance about the telephone exchange which is called Shanghai Bell S1240. The complex and current aspects are sufficiently thought in designing this system, it is designed by dividing the system into a few modules, so that it has a strong pertinence and maximally offers a convenient assistant instrument and measure for the people of manage.The system can inspect the running state of the the programme control telephone exchange automatically all the time, can inspect analyse,compare and display the running target,can display the malfunction of the equipment intuitionistic,can stick up for the equipment everyday. The system changes the behindhand mode of the maintenance and management downright,boosts up the scientific and automatic ability, advances the management ability of the communications network in the army.This paper first introduces the background, then it describes the technical of this system, after that, it describes the details about the system total structure design,and detailed discusses from the hardware,the software designed and database designed.This paper introduces many problem games in the course of the system running simply and the last effect.In the end the unsolved problem and going-on direction of this research ang illustrated.This system mainly adopts the Visual Basic as the development tool of the system,using SQL Server as the backstage database managemeng system,the Windows 2000 is systems terraces.
