Loongson computer electronic classroom is an important application of Loongson platform in the educational information field. It's a solution to educational information developed by some companies such as LEMOTE and redhat linux etc.In the solution of Loongson platform electronic classroom system, the teacher and the students are interactive, desktop share is the most important step. The most widely used desktop share techniques are RDP protocol of Microsoft, MetaFrame structure of Citrix, Virtual Network Computing of Open Sourceetc. Among those desktop share protocols, VNC is featured by opening source and good stability etc. Loongson platform electronic classroom system is built up on the basis of the desktop share technique of VNC protocol.VNC is developed on the purpose of the remote control. When the numbers of desktop sharing is large in the electronic classroom system based on VNC, the network bandwidth is unable to meet the demand of real time. It causes the result of serious desktop share delay. Meanwhile, VNC itself adopts frame buffer technique, and can't realize multi-media video share. According to the real situation of the electronic classroom system, the dissertation focuses on the optimization of the VNC protocol video share technique. The main optimizations are to change the VNC spreading method to the broadcasting mechanism, to combine with the multi-media video technique, so as to fit the teaching environment more and more.The optimized electronic classroom system makes the efficiency of the video share enhanced and the multi-media video share realized, and the frame is basically fluent, which is proved by the experiment as well.
