Finally, conduct by the production line's investment and profit to decide which plan should be implemented.We improve the Automation Welding Line balance rate nearly 10%, production cost reduced 10.6% and improve the capacity 30% with a little investment through this case, completed the production line updated successfully without any new equipments cost. We need to balance the investment, capacity and quality as we optimize the production line, flow chart or process, to assure our proposal is run with the lowest cost, highest profit and perfect quality performance, which means the maximum reward to our project.
