Design And Implementation Of Satellite Test Information Auto-management System

With the rapid development of space technology, more & more satellite emission task and strong competition, enterprise must compete on lower cost & higher economic results.As a Satellite research institute, we need do many on-ground verification experiments in deferent research phases (preliminary product phase, quality product phase & emission phase). Such as desktop align test, whole satellite test, vacuum heat test, vibration noise test, magnetic test, EMC test, quality characterization test, outside assistance test and temporary added test, etc. There are various items & complex process, which include test files, product technology status, test record, test equipment, test people, test environment, test safety, etc. Each large project is divided into several smaller ones, the test items & requirement is different on different test phase. It will take quite a long time to confirm test status & get related designer's verification signature. And the management of test data which created during test process is also a key problem.According to this, the paper analyze and design a satellite test information auto-management system(for short , STIMS). So as to implement all-round test information management based on satellite on-ground test .This system is developed in Microsoft Visual Studio Net, which is used language of C#, platform of Asp.Net, and the database of the Microsoft SQL Server 2005, and is integrate Web technology, And base on the technology of B/S. the function include daily-test management, document-management, equipment-management, report-management, problem-management, query-management, authority- management , and so on.The aim is to improve satellite test efficiency. Then to achieve the test process management automatization, and provide automatic tools for scientific research institute.STIMS abandon manual management, which release user from boring & time consuming work, transfer from traditional static management to dynamic track & analysis, as to achieve alignment of physical & value management.This paper include seven chapters, introduces the relating technology ,system analyze and programming, the detail design, the system running, summarization of the system……moreover, illustrate the aim ,the process and the effect of this information management system in detail. The first chapter introduces the STIMS simply in three different ways. That is, The development, the characteristics and summarization of test management system. The next chapter introduces .NET hierarchical structure, .NET execution of procedure of frame build up and realize key technology of this system briefly. the third design and programming this system. The four chapter is detail module and code design. The fifthly chapter introduces the system running ,the last chapter summarize all the process of writing this paper from analyse to implement. Point some problem need to research and solve.
