Electroplating is an important material processing technology, and widely applied in industry, agriculture, military, chemical industry and other important areas, while the power is the core part of the electroplating processing equipment. The paper briefly introduces the development process of electroplate power supply and analyzes the recent findings of the electroplating power at both home and abroad, and shows the development trend of electroplate power. Electroplate power has gone through four stages of development: DC generator sets, non-silicon-controlled rectifier, silicon-controlled rectifier and high frequency switching inverter. With the development of electronic technology, control technology and electronic devices, the bottleneck restricting the development of switching power supply has been broken, a new generation of electroplating power"high frequency switching power supply"becomes the hot spot which the business community and academic circles from home and abroad research on and exploit.The former three kinds of power equipment are too bulky and unwieldy, and they easily cause serious electromagnetic interference, soft-switch technology is an important mean to overcome above shortcomes and improve the quality of coating. The emergence of the microprocessor promotes the development of power electronic converter from traditional analog control to digital control. The digital control technology can greatly simplify the control circuit, and improve the system's anti-jamming capability, control flexibility, versatility and intelligent degree.In order to conquer the shortcoming of general PWM hard-switching technology, the paper takes advantage of phase-shifted full-bridge ZVS PWM DC/DC converter as main conversion circuit. This topology can recede the switch spoilage of power components, and improve the efficiency of electroplating power. It detailly analyzes the work principle and the work process of the topology in this paper, and deeply discusses several key issues of this topology. This control circuit uses TMS320F2812(a DSP IC of TI) as the core controller, the thesis designs a DSP design minimum system, power conversion circuit, feedback signal conditioning circuit, keyboard and display circuits, PWM drive circuit and protecting circuits against over voltage, over current, over-temperature. In order to conquer the shortcoming of the unfavourable dynamic with taking raditional PID control strategy, this paper studies the basic principles of PID and fuzzy control, then designs fuzzy adaptive PID controller based on the phase-shifted full-bridge ZVS soft-switching technology, finally simulates it with MATLAB. After verification, experimental results are basically consistent to theoretical simulation results, and it is proved that the research in the paper is correct.
