Research On Service Integration Framework Based On SaaS Mode

Integration is an inevitable topic after the widespread use of IT technology. In order to solve the problem of integration (data and application) between the IT different systems, many enterprises have invested a lot of manpower and resources. Because of the global financial crisis severe influence, IT budget reduces and enterprises are inclining to invest on, low-budget and fast-deployed SaaS service. However, with SaaS applications number in enterprises gradually increasing, SaaS integration has become an increasingly important issue. According to a recent Forrester research report on the SaaS market, integration has become the second most important concern after security before deployment by the SaaS service customers.Major technologies in the IT services industry are analyzed in this paper, regarding SaaS integration tendency as background. SOA technology, SaaS services are compared in view of both advantages and disadvantages. Through SOA technologies, you can maximize the reuse of IT assets, increase strong compatibility, and increases system flexibility. But because of its redundancy, implementation fee is too high beyond ordinary enterprise. SaaS services are easy to develop, promote deploy, and its low price is suitable for small or medium enterprises market. But its non-compatibility and less of customization has also been criticized at the same time by the users.The properties of service integration are presented upon technology analysis. An integrated framework is also put forward with service integration in the perspective of platform, process, information, and end-user access, based on SaaS service mode. Independently-developed telephone marketing and personal information management systems are integrated afterward, which are based on Struts, Spring, and Hibernate (SSH) architecture. With the use of JAX-WS technology, two systems are transformed into Web Service, and WS-BPEL protocol is used to achieve different Web Service integration.
